Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST) 

We provide AST's normally from 6 months and onwards on agreement with both parties. This scheme works with employed/self-employed and housing benefit tenants supporting some schemes in parallel to the local authorities. Strict tenant vetting procedures are applied and circumstances closely analysed before an agreement is signed. Rent is guaranteed for the term of the tenancy via insurance (conditions apply).

Private Sector Leasing (PSL) & Rent Guarantee

We can also place your property on a long term lease and guarantee you the rent for that term. Your property will have to be in compliance with the local authorities standards and be in good decor before placement. The term can range from 1 to 5 years.

Bond Scheme & Rent Deposit Scheme

We work closely with the local authorities in placing tenants in need of urgent accomodation and normally complete a placement within a couple of days. This scheme offers rent in arrears and can be guaranteed with insurance. 

Refurbishment & Void Repairs

Grovehome Residential is currently undertaking refurbishment of residential and commercial properties for the private sector. Our principle customers are landlords and buy to let investors. We pride on our quality of workmanship and turnarounds under 25 days for refurbishments of kitchens and bathrooms. We ensure health and safety is paramount in our procedures and undertake work whilst residents are living in their properties.
